Membership Types - Broker/Dealers
Silver – Provides unlimited access to the Data Repository.
This includes on-line query, online report generation and file extracts in user designated formats for
import to internal applications.
Gold – Provides all of the benefits of Silver plus unlimited
access to the Documents Repository for distribution internally and to clients.
Platinum - Provides all of the benefits of Gold in a private
label version.
Membership Types - Fund Firms
Red – Provides unlimited access to the Data Repository for
all funds sponsored by that firm. This includes on-line query, online report generation, and file
extracts in user designated formats for import to internal applications. Included is a tool that
allows the user to compare SEC reported information to data maintained in MFPS II. Auto extraction
of data for the population of MFPS II included.
White – Provides all of the benefits of Red plus unlimited
access to the Documents Repository. This includes either access to all interactive linked documents
via data calls to the MFIP for display on the firms web site or the export of the interactive documents
to the firm for use on their web site or anywhere else they choose.
Blue – Provides all of the benefits of White plus the ability
to automatically generate a draft summary prospectus and a final summary prospectus in XBRL format that
is SEC-ready.
